work hard on losing weight?
aiiii I have gained almost 8 kgs this winter and soon spring will come , then summer will come...... I need to be stick to myself to lose my weight? ><lll
Before I went jogging 30 mins each day,then I was lazy to take exercise and then suddenly I gained weight. I think it is the main point I become fat. But what I am thinking is that should I need to take exercise again? I know taking exercise is good for me but I cant insist on it. And I am afraid I will become fatter and fatter after stoping the stable exerice everyday due to my lazy.><llll So what should I do??

What a typhoon day
早上六點起床時突然間聽到很大的雨聲以為外面下很大的雨......正當我打開房門時天啊 !!頓時有如瀑布般的水從頂樓而降.於是我馬上打電話給房東他們也火速的趕到現場並且快速的衝上四樓頂.........地板上積了大約7-10公分的水. ....哈哈我有水可以玩了我跟女主人兩個拿著笨斗把一瓢瓢的水往外倒 .這讓我想起童年住鄉下的我 每當下雨過後總是跟附近的小朋友一起玩水的情形.....手很酸不想寫了因為剛舀太多漂的水...我要去補眠了 ......
