生魚片(sashimi)
I never have sashimi before because I didnt dare to taste it. But today I had japaness food,and I tasted sashimi,too.
When the waiter put the sashimi on the table. I felt surprised that the thickenss of sashimi is close to 0.5cm. I hesitated if i wanna have them?....then my sister-in -law said she didnt dare to have them before,either.But the sashimi in that restaruant are fresh and 入口即化. Dont worry!! So I decided to have them, and this is my first time to eat sashimi.Yes, the sashimi taste good,肉質很綿密,入口即化,也沒有腥味.但吃了三塊後我就不敢再吃了,因為吃生魚還是覺得怪怪的........
The roast of a tuna's chin is so so deliciuos ha. You can have a try when you go to japaness restaruant.

滷豬腳
two days ago , I saw my mon cook "pig leg". The delicous smell of cooking pig leg spread all over the kitchen. I cant wait to have it.
When I saw my mon cook that dish, I know my sisiter and her bf will visit us. Her bf likes that dish a lot. My mon treats him like her own child. Sometimes I am jealous of that. ha ha ha...
